      "body": "All rights, titles, and interests in relation to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights,",

      "title": "Termination of Agreement",
      "body": "This EULA remains effective until its termination. The user's rights shall automatically cease without any specific notice should the User breach any terms of this EULA."

      "title": "Exclusion of Warranty",
      "body": "The Owners provide the Software on an \"as is\" basis, excluding all express or implied warranties, inclusive of, but not restricted to, implied warranties of operability or fitness for a particular purpose. All source codes of the Software are unique intellectual creations and do not infringe upon any other intellectual property rights."

      "title": "Limitation of Liability",
      "body": "Under no circumstances shall the Owners be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to damages arising from loss of profit or data loss, resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Software."

      "body": "By using the Software, the User consents to the collection and usage of their data in accordance with Várkonyi Erika Lívia Privacy Policy. The gathered data is solely utilised for bug correction, enhancing user experience, or for marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties."

      "title": "Amendments to this EULA",
      "body": "The Owners reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes shall become effective upon the publication of the updated EULA."

      "title": "Governing Law",
      "body": "This EULA is governed by the laws of Hungary. For matters not specified in this EULA, the relevant provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code shall apply. To avoid discrepancies arising from translations, the Hungarian version shall be deemed authoritative."
